As Argo Residential’s Director of Sales, Barry Brandt possesses more than 20 years of real estate industry experience. He holds unparalleled knowledge of the New York real estate market thanks to an industry immersion that began in his mid-teens. Known for his keen ability to create successful sales strategies, he is an expert in all aspects of the transaction process, both in the residential and commercial sectors.
Prior to joining Argo, Barry worked as Director of Leasing and Marketing at Stonehenge Management and as Director of Sales and Marketing at AGBH Birchwood. At Stonehenge, he supervised a portfolio of more than 2,600 luxury residential rental apartments in Manhattan that included The Ritz Plaza, The Olivia, 20 Park Avenue, 41 Park Avenue and 8 Gramercy. For AGBH, Barry created successful sales and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of 500 unsold sponsor units located in 11 buildings throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Over the course of his career, Barry has worked with such high-profile industry figures as Larry Silverstein, Harry Macklowe, Hal Fetner, Laurie Zucker, Joe Moinian and the Albanese family. He was a member of the development team honored with the 2009 Project of the Year Award by the Urban Land Institute of New Jersey, and in 2000 spearheaded the team that received two Advertising Age ADDY Awards for creative design in real estate marketing.Barry earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Urban Planning at Columbia University. He is a licensed New York real estate broker, and holds real estate sales licenses in Florida and California. A native Manhattanite, Barry currently lives on the Upper East Side.

Alan I. Hedrick brings exceptional client relations skills and a firm grasp of the real estate industry to his position as a sales agent at Argo Real Estate. Having worked in Colorado as an agent as well, he has acquired a range of experiences that have given him a diverse background with a unique perspective of the market.
Remaining abreast of all the current listings and properties for sale and rent in New York City, Alan utilizes his exemplary communications and client relations skill sets to fully understand his customer’s needs and to provide them with options perfectly suited to their tastes. He obtained his Colorado real estate license and began working there as a broker part-time, specializing in the resort and vacation-home markets, while living in Aspen and working as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-a-Car after college.
Originally from Denver, CO, Alan began his stint in real estate at an early age, helping his mother, who owns a financial firm focused in real estate, with open houses during the summers. He graduated from college in Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications, and relocated to New York City in 2011 after spending several years in Aspen. Alan speaks Spanish fluently, and when he is not at work he enjoys traveling, hiking, sailing and spending time outdoors.

He has a broad knowledge of the market, insightful understanding of the specifics involved in the sale or purchase of a property and a complete understanding of architecture, finance and construction. Harold is a talented negotiator; he is results-oriented, while still maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Prior to joining Argo Residential, he was a successful entrepreneur and now utilizes his exceptional merchandising and sales skills for his clients’ benefit. “The philosophy and practices I learned in business prove invaluable in real estate,” Harold says. “I believed in business that one should leave no stone unturned in trying to build a company and this attitude works very well serving my clients.”

Harold spends his free time, not only enjoying the city, but doing his best to make it even better. He supports “Meals on Wheels;” the Retreat in East Hampton, a shelter for abused spouses and children; the Animal Rescue Fund and “Save The Mustangs,” an organization he became familiar with from riding and appearing in equestrian shows.

Located in the popular Columbus Circle area, Linda knew back then that location was a key factor. Jorge MejiaSales Agent
Jorge Mejia knows Queens and he knows about selling. The 20-year resident of Jackson Heights specializes in Queens rentals and co-ops and has an intimate knowledge of the borough’s diverse neighborhoods. Before joining Argo Residential, he was a salesperson in the jewelry business, a position where knowing the wants and desires of the buyer is of utmost importance. To this, he brings a gentlemanly approach as a consummate salesperson making it extremely easy for him to relate to clients and provide unparalleled personal service. Jorge also has experience in co-ops having served on the board of his for five years. This experience gave him insight into the board approval process, the management of properties and how to analyze the financial security of a building. Jorge is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Jodi NathSales Agent
Although Jodi Nath has helped clients buy and sell fabulous apartments throughout New York City, including Manhattan’s Upper East and West Sides, the lion’s share of her business remains routed in Queens, where she was born and raised. A top producer in Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, Rego Park and Briarwood, the Bayside native describes her primary purview as “Queens Boulevard, East to West and back” -- and loves every block of it!
With more than 15 years of experience with Argo Residential, Nath has cultivated a significant network of industry colleagues that include fellow agents, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers and lenders who work together to expedite deals and help the process move more smoothly.
The consummate professional, Nath is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and such other realtor associations as NYSAR, MANAR and LIBOR. Yet with all her experience and success, Argo represents her first and only position in real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, she was an account executive for a high-end cosmetics firm that took her all over the world. It was her husband, an Account Executive for one of the country’s leading residential portfolios, who suggested Nath try her hand at real estate and in 1996, introduced her to Argo’s Karen Berman, Vice President, Director of Sales.
This mother of an active pre-teen and lifelong Queens resident was a PTA President for three years and currently sits on the Executive Board for middle schools in Queens. She was also on the Community District Education Council and is on the Board of Directors for Quality and Ruskin Apartments Corp. Nath originally intended to be a reporter, having graduated from the University of Rochester with a degree in communications, but found her true calling in real estate.
