Property Management Specialist

Full-time | New York City

Manhattan based Real Estate management office is looking for a Property Management Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to property management team

  • Assist with tenant inquiries and requests

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

  • Schedule and coordinate property showings and inspections

  • Prepare lease agreements and other property-related documents

  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant information

  • Assist with rent collection and financial reporting

  • Conduct market research to determine rental rates and property values

  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants

    Skills:

  • Personal assistant experience preferred

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)

  • Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Familiarity with file management systems and document organization

  • Knowledge of phone systems and professional phone etiquette

  • Accurate data entry skills with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately

  • Experience in event planning is a bonus
