Gustavo has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a concentration in multi-family, mixed-use property/asset management and development. Prior to joining Argo, Gustavo ran a division of a major real estate firm, responsible for a team that operated 116 properties containing 8,300 residential apartments and commercial spaces. Preceding that position, Gustavo served as General Manager where he directed the management operations of a million square foot redevelopment project containing hotel, residential and retail spaces.

Gustavo received an MBA in Finance from Pace University and has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management since 2012, where he earned the Certified Property Manager designation. Gustavo's wide range of experience in real estate has enabled him to be an effective leader with the ability to institute innovative solutions to manage real estate assets and projects.
