  • HR Director Vara Walton is an expert in union procedures and protocols, and guides managers and Boards in complex staff situations. She has also developed innovative ways for non-union buildings to offer health and other benefits to their staff.

    Vara is the HR Director for the Argo corporate staff, as well, and her efforts led to Argo being named one of Crains’ New York’s Best Places to Work in NYC 2021.
