Property Management Associate

Full-time | New York City

Manhattan based Real Estate management office is looking for a Property Management Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist two property managers with their day to day responsibilities

  • Administrative paperwork and filing

  • Basic office assistance tasks

  • Managing calls and inquiries

  • Interfacing with residents

  • Entering Purchase Orders through the purchase order system

  • Processing invoices

  • Drafting memorandums

  • Prepare and handle Mailings

  • Coordinate with building staff

  • Attend annual meetings

  • Attend monthly board meetings, if necessary. Be able to take minutes of the meeting.

 Requirements:

  • Experience in Real Estate, coop/condo preferred

  • Organized, self-motivated, good at multi-tasking and charismatic

  • Computer skills: MS Word, MDS-preferred
