Richard Apell leads the financial team at Argo, which is the backbone of our clients’ financial operations. He oversees long term capital funding planning for our clients’ buildings, oversees the preparation of monthly management reports and annual budgets, and reviews annual financial statements for our clients. He has ­devoted a considerable amount of time to constantly improving the accounting systems that make your building finances easily accessible, accurate, and simple to oversee.

Richard joined Argo fifteen years ago, after learning the ropes in a controller position with another management firm. “I tend to take a personal approach to financial management, and handle every property and financial issue with an owner’s perspective in mind. The unique nature of each building makes my work fascinating and challenging.” When he’s not at Argo, you can find him traveling, playing golf, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
