Tarshia Champagne has been employed with Argo Real Estate since 2015. With over 15 years in Property Management experience, Tarshia has climbed the corporate ladder at Argo Real Estate, hired as an APM and excelled to the Assistant Director of Management Operations/Senior Property Manager. Tarshia is a Certified Property Manager and obtained her (CPM) Certified Property Manager® accreditation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Tarshia is also a member of NYARM (New York Association of Realty Managers). Prior to property management, Tarshia was the Director of Utility auditing for a firm that saved funds for commercial and real estate properties throughout New York. In her spare time, Tarshia loves family gatherings, traveling, shopping and bowling. She serves as the VP on the Carol Gardens tenant’s board.
